Army Relation Bharti 2017 Bhai Bandh Recruitment Rally

Indian army is inviting sons of Servicemen/Ex-Servicemen/War widows and real brothers of servicemen/Ex-servicemen & sportsmen of International/National level to apply for Soldier posts in Indian Army through Army Relation Bharti. It is also known as Bhai Bandh Recruitment Rally. Candidates need to bring their original relationship certificate at the time of rally to prove their candidature. Information related to age and qualification are provided below.

Rally Details

• Date: 15 to 19 May 2017
• Timing:  04:30AM to 05:30AM
• Venue: Centenary Pavilion Ground, Bengal Engineer Group & Centre, Roorkee
• Note: This Relation Bharti is for recruitment into Bengal Engineer Group, Corps of Engineers, Indian Army under Unit Headquarter Quota.

Age Limit for Candidates

• Soldier Technical: 17½ - 23 yrs. (born between 15 May 1994 and 15 Nov 1999 both inclusive)
• Soldier General Duty: Age 17½ – 21 yrs (born between 15 May 1996 and 15 Nov 1999 both inclusive).
• Soldier TDN: 17½ - 23 yrs. (born between 15 May 1994 and 15 Nov 1999 both inclusive)
• Soldier CLK/SKT/IM: 17½ - 23 yrs. (born between 15 May 1994 and 15 Nov 1999 both inclusive)

Qualification of Candidates

• Soldier Technical: 12th Pass in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate & 40% in each subject. 
• Soldier General Duty: Min 10th class or equivalent pass with minimum 45% marks in aggregate & minimum 33% in each subject OR 10+2 pass (any stream).
• Soldier TDN: 10th class pass (any stream) - Washerman & Support Staff (ER). 8th class pass - House Keeper.
• Soldier CLK/SKT/IM: Min 12th with 60% marks in aggregate and 50% in each subject. English and Maths/Accts/Book Keeping are compulsory at 12th or 10th level with 50% marks. Even if candidate is a graduate or has a higher qualification, percentage marks scored in class XII would take precedence.

Candidates of different states need to appear on different dates as per description provided below.

• 15 May 2017: Uttar Pradesh.
• 16 May 2017: Punjab.
• 17 May 2017: Haryana, J&K and Himachal Pradesh.
• 18 May 2017: Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, Assam, Orissa, West Bengal, Delhi.
• 19 May 2017: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Any balance State/UT (other than mentioned above) of India.
